Create balance in your makeup

Make up is an unusual art..Some women become so much expert in makeups by experimenting that they damn need a tutor.But some women have no knowledge about make up.So sometimes by applying makeup due to not keeping balance in makeup rather than looking beautiful they look awful.
So they should apply makeup in balance.Like some women only make their eyes prominent other make their lips  but this is wrong.Like sparkling red lipstick with smokey eyes makeup is wrong.
